Galaxy Kid is a nonprofit youth program built around innovation, science, creativity, and imagination. We bring kids together to explore ideas, make things, play games, and discover what happens when curiosity gets a chance to run wild.
One meetup might take us to Bricksville to build and create. Another could be a trip to DZ Comics to explore superheroes, storytelling, and imagination. Another day might mean hands-on adventures at the Oklahoma Science Museum, discovering science, technology, experiments, and the ideas shaping tomorrow.
Along the way, Galaxy Kids can design games, dream up characters, create action figures, experiment with technology, and even develop products for the growing OKCREAL Galaxy universe.
But the mission goes beyond making cool stuff. It’s about helping kids realize that they can be the people who invent the cool stuff.
Galaxy Kid is about giving young people a place to ask: “What if?” Then giving them the tools, experiences, friendships, and encouragement to build the answer.
